Cream Legbars

Filled the incubator with two dozen Cream Legbar eggs Time to grow out the next generation from this group.
Isbars from Black pen

We had some issues with the incubator and only got a half dozen Isbars hatches. We have mosty dark blues and one black.
Silverudds Blue and ??

Our Silverudds Blue [Isbars] are from first import stock. Needing some genetic diversity yet not wanting to add in any of the other import lines we located another breeder of first import stock.

To fill the incubator we will be adding some of our Olive Eggs or Cream Legbars... or some of each!
Reese Legbar and BCM

We did an egg swap to get the Reese line Cream Legbars. Reese line Legbars are from a breeder in the UK that consistently wins top ribbons at poultry shows. Birds from her award winning flock were imported to the United states and there are several lines now here. Many people seek out this line so we are hatching some eggs to see what they produce. If we like the bird type as well as the egg color and production, we will be adding them into our lines.
To fill the incubator we added some Black Copper Maran eggs from my neighbor.
